RETURN POLICY
NO EXCHANGES AND RETURNS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

*For any problems or concerns with the merchandise, a notice must be given to orders@theheartoffire.com within 2 days of shipment receipt. To cancel or change an order, you must contact orders@theheartoffire.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Please note, all sales are final. No exchanges or returns are permitted. This includes items purchased at retail price as well as discounted items, collaborations, or any other promotional sales. Once an item is purchased, it is not eligible for an exchange, return, or refund.

**Important Information for All Orders:**

- **All Sales Final:** Once a purchase is made, we cannot offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. This policy applies to all items, regardless of the purchase price or promotional status.

- **Product Concerns:** If there are any issues or concerns with the merchandise upon receipt, please reach out to us at orders@theheartoffire.com within 2 days of shipment receipt. We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and will review each case individually.

- **Shipping Responsibility:** In the rare case of an approved return due to defective merchandise, customers may be responsible for shipping costs. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

- **RTS (Return To Sender) Shipments:** Any product returned to Heart of Fire as RTS for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier will be subject to a $15 RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. Customers are expected to track their orders and manage delivery exceptions. RTS fees must be paid through the original payment method before any reshipment.

- **Policy Disputes or Order Refusals:** Any product shipped back to Heart of Fire due to a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. This means customers will be refunded the order subtotal minus original shipping costs and a $4-$8 restocking fee per item.

By making a purchase from Heart of Fire, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. All sales are final, and no exchanges or returns will be accepted. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products and service.
